Our team consists of experts from different areas such as crisis management, business continuity management, risk management and disaster management. We are all members of different emergency response organizations, such as fire and rescue service, police and military.

Wolfgang Lehner, BSc

CEO

With more than 25 years of active fire service, ten years at a refinery fire department – five of which as chief – Wolfgang Lehner has vast experience in emergency and crisis situations. On top of that, he gained knowledge as security and crisis manager of Austria’s biggest listed industrial company. He accomplished several emergency service operations in Lower Austria. His degree in Integrated Safety and Security Management at the University of Applied Sciences FH Campus Wien helps him to join theory and practice.

Sandra Haas

CEO

Sandra Haas is a trained paramedic and an active member of a voluntary fire department. She was a member of the Lower Austrian Red Cross Sanitation Fast Response Unit and Disaster Emergency Service. She is a trained PHTLS Trauma First Responder. On top of that, she is a trained fire protection officer according to the operational fire protection training TRVB O 117 and a trained safety expert.

Lena Stifter

Creative Director

Lena Stifter is a graduate graphic designer and is responsible for all creative processes in the company. Her studies in journalism and communication science complete her knowledge of social media and communication design. She also supports the management in planning and implementing projects such as the master class.

CRISIS COMMUNICATION, MEDIA TRAINING

is a career officer and press officer of the Austrian Ministry of Defence with a university degree.
With the organization of approximately 150 interviews for TV and radio, he has a vast practical media experience.

Katja Voigt

MEDIA APPEARANCE AND MEDIA TRAINING, TV PRESENTER

is a journalist with a university degree and has been a TV journalist and presenter for twenty years, among others, for the German broadcasters ARD, RTL and Sport 1. Our media and communication expert provides you with information on PR and media appearances.

Roland SPERK, MA

STAKEHOLDER COMMUNICATION, CRISIS INTERVENTION

is a certified life and social counsellor, mediator, communication trainer and crisis intervention expert. He has been working for more than fifteen years in economy, politics, the institutionalized co-operation between the representations of employers and labour in Austria and in schools.

Martin THALHAMMER

EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT, DE-ESCALATION

has been working as a paramedic for the rescue services Vienna, where he currently is the Rescue Academy’s field supervisor and a trainer. His focus is on emergency trainings, de-escalation and behaviour in case of special tactical situations.
