We supported a big congress centre with the development of a complete crisis management, including its implementation. The six-month project comprised, among others:

  • Writing the entire documentation (manuals, checklists, directives, plans).
  • Crisis infrastructure counselling (spaces, tools…).
  • Staff training and classes.
  • Final crisis management exercise.
